TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

1.     Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only, based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.

 

2.     Merit list will be prepared in accordance with criteria prescribed in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Estacode.

 

3.     Candidates should be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the applications i.e. 10 th November 2020

 

4.     Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.

 

5.     Relaxation of age is admissible as per Rules.

 

6.     The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.

 

7.     Original documents shall be produced at the time of Interview.

 

8.     No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.

 

9.     In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

 

10.      The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease or cancel all or any of the post by assigning a valid reason.

 

HOW TO APPLY:

 

1.     Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for their desired posts online.

 

2.     In case of Honor’s/BS qualification candidate is required to give his marks (equivalency) instead of CGPA.

 

3.     After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code and candidates personal information) will be generated.

 

4.     Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non refundable) in any branch of UBL.

 

5.     After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else

 

6.     After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office.

 

7.     Copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.

 

8.     A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post

 

9.     Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 20th Oct, 2020

 

10.      Last date for submission of online Application is 10th November, 2020

 

11.      Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile number.

 

12.      Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.

 

13.      No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means

 

NOTE / IMPORTANT

INSTRUCTIONS:

PART - A

1.    The general relaxation in the upper age will be as per Government Policy.

 

2.    Initial appointment will be made for three years on contract basis which can be further extended as per Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 by the Competent Authority subject to satisfactory annual performance reports. The appointments will be purely temporary and the selected candidate (if any) will not be able to claim any right for regular appointment against the contract employment.

 

3.    The candidates already working in the Government/Semi Government Organizations should apply through proper channel and must produce NOC issued by their employer at the time of interview.

 

4.    In-service employees are also eligible to apply. They will be, however, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract appointment.

 

5.    No TA/DA will be admissible.

 

6.    Candidates must be dorniciled in Punjab.

 

7.    Only short listed candidates will be called for written test and interview through a call letter. They shall bring their relevant original documents including CNIC, domicile certificate. degrees / certificates and transcripts from metric onwards along with a set of attested copies of all the above mentioned documents at the time of interview.

 

8.    Exact qualification and experience requirements shall be as mentioned in the application Form which should be downloaded from Open Testing Service (OTS) website (https://ots.orq.pk).

 

9.    Number of posts can be increased/decreased without any notice.

 

10.     The Director General, MDA will be empowered to keep pending or cancel the recruitment process without any prior notice and without any reason. 

 

PART - B 

11.     OTS test will be conducted only for the prequalification for further consideration. It Rest for further procedure of selection, Government of Punjab, Recruitment Policy, 2004 and instructions thereto shall be followed.

 

12.     Candidates shall submit Application Form duly filled along with requisite documents and test fee of Rs. 100/- in favour of Open Testing Service, to OTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form.

 

13.     Test fee shall be paid in any branch of Bank Alfalah. Habib Bank Ltd.. Allied Bank on prescribed bank challan (attached with application torn download from OTS website).

 

14.     Last date of submission of applications is 10-11,2020.

 

15.     Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. Only those candidates who have completed the degree required for a specific post should apply. Candidates to who final transcript has not been issued shall not be considered. (A level candidates must attach their HSSC equivalent certificates with their applications).

 

16.     Final candidates list shall be available on OTS website.

 

17.     Roll No. slips and test center details shall be separately dispatched directly to candidates by OTS at least one week before the test.

 

18.     Candidates must contact OTS for any sort of query regarding written test, display of provisional/final list of candidates, test centers, display of test results, intonation regarding submission of application forms etc.

 

19.     In case of any dispute, the Director General MDA, Multan will be Arbitrator and the decision of Arbitrator will be final. The decision of the Arbitrator will be irnposed upon both the parties and will not be challengeable M any Court of Law.
