Shorthand: It is a symbolic writing of a language. Its used for taking dictations in office or for recording/ noting speeches etc. Learning of Shorthand requires a lot of practice, but first you have to know / learn the general / basic theory / rules of the system of Shorthand.
One of the most important principle for Shorthand learning is that "one must not skip the topics / lessons while learning shorthand, you have to learn well enough the present topic / lesson and do enough practice on it by writing / noting it again & again on note book with pencil and then you may go towards next topic / lesson".
